Water Rates

The base water rate for all water users inside the utility shall be charged according to meter size as follows:
  • RESIDENTIAL STARTING AT:

    • 3/4” - $20.78 per month*
    • 1” - $36.38 per month*
    • 1 1/4” - $50.67 per month*
    • 1 1/2” - $63.67 per month*
    • 2” - $94.84 per month*
    • *In addition to the base rates, all residential water users located inside utility shall be charged $1.72 per 100 cubic feet.

Irrigation Rates

The base water rate for all irrigation users inside the utility shall be charged according to meter size as follows:

    • 1 1/2” - $61.81 per month*
